The location is invincible, about 10 minutes walk from Beppu JR Station, next to the bus station, very convenient to Hell Hot Springs, next to Don Quixote, in front of the beach, tatami three people can sleep completely, very spacious, free drinks, and a kitchen. Don Quixote bought a big box of wagyu beef for 900 yuan, and fried it in the hotel kitchen. It was Michelin level, the kitchen had everything, seasonings were available, just wash it yourself, there was also a game console, the children didn't want to leave after playing, the hotel also helped my husband find his watch, good reviews, I will stay at this hotel again when I go to Beppu in the future, it's great

The check-in experience was very unpleasant! We had informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive later due to traffic delays, and the hotel replied "understood". In the end, we arrived 20 minutes late. However, the staff adopted an unfriendly attitude, had an ugly look on their faces, lacked any basic courtesy, and blamed the guests.
If being late is unacceptable, you should make it clear in advance, rather than saying you understand on the surface but actually expressing your dissatisfaction with your attitude. Such service quality is disappointing and I will not consider staying here again!
Although guests may have done something wrong and are not God, we should not treat them with an unfriendly attitude or blame them.

The room is bigger than you can imagine, with four beds in two rooms, each of which is large and clean; separate toilet and washing facilities. There is a stove and refrigerator in the room. There is a kitchen, bowls, microwave, and game console in the lobby on the first floor; there are also free drinks, coffee, and ice water. You can boil water in the room. There is wifi covering the entire building, and there is free parking.
Although check-in is before 8 pm, it should be possible to check in later if you contact us in advance.
